This isn't just a story about building cabins. This is a story about love for the mountain, a dream becoming reality, and the desire to share with you a bit of magic we found at 1,850 meters above sea level.
The first time I saw Bjelašnica, I knew this was something special. It wasn't just a mountain – it was a feeling. Three massive peaks dominating the horizon: Bjelašnica, Treskavica, Visočica. Between them, the Rakitnica canyon, one of the deepest gorges in the Balkans.
Just 30 minutes from Sarajevo, yet it feels like you're at the end of the world. Silence that isn't emptiness, but peace. Mountain villages like Lukomir and Umoljani where time passes differently. Here I knew – this is where I want people to feel what I felt.
This wasn't a location choice. This was love at first sight.

2024 – the year when the dream began to come alive. The decision wasn't easy. Building at 1,850 meters above sea level means battling the elements, logistics that challenge you every day, and hundreds of decisions that must be perfect.
Why A-frame design? Because the geometry itself speaks the language of the mountain. Steep roof that sheds snow. Panoramic windows that frame the mountain like a living portrait. Interior that feels spacious yet intimate. Every detail carefully designed – from the king bed with views of the peaks, to the soaking tub where you can watch the sunset over Treskavica.
The building process was a journey. Every beam, every plank, every window – brought to the mountain with care and respect for this place.
We weren't just building cabins. We were building a place where you'll feel at home, even when you're far from home.
1,850 meters above sea level. 5 kilometers from Bjelašnica ski center, but light years from noise and crowds. This is a point on the map where the sky feels closer, where stars shine so intensely you can see the Milky Way.
Each chalet has a direct view of three mountain giants. Treskavica to the east, Visočica to the south, Bjelašnica dominating from the north. Below us, the entrance to Rakitnica canyon – wilderness that words cannot describe.
Here there's no light pollution. No noise. No neighbors except meadows and occasional shepherds with their flock. Just you, the mountain, and silence that heals.
The location isn't random. Every meter, every view, every sound – chosen with reason.

It's not enough to have a beautiful space. What matters is what that space offers – and I'm not talking about amenities. I'm talking about feeling.
We want you to feel what we felt when we first came here. Peace you can't find in the city. Connection with nature that isn't romanticized, but genuine. Fresh mountain air that clears your lungs and mind.
Sustainability isn't a marketing phrase – it's a commitment. Local wood, solar energy, minimal footprint on the environment. The mountain has entrusted us with this place. We protect it.
Every guest who comes becomes part of this story. You're not tourists – you're our guests in the truest sense of the word.

Since 2024, hundreds of people have passed through our chalets. Every morning, when I see the sun rising over Treskavica, I know we did the right thing.
Couples who spent their honeymoon here. Families who saw the Milky Way for the first time. Remote workers who discovered that the best office has a view of three mountains. Hikers who found their base camp for exploration. People who simply needed a break from everything.
Every story is different, but they all have one thing in common – people leave different than they came. Calmer. More inspired. More connected.
This isn't the end of the story. This is an invitation to become part of it.
Every reservation is a new chapter. Every guest brings new energy. Bjelašnica is waiting – you just need to say yes.
